I've also notified the states attorney generals offices in Alabama and Florida of the Utah Cease and Desist Order, the local Chambers of Commerce in Pensacola and Mobile, the local BBB's for NW Florida and Mobile, as well as the Pensacola Civic Center and the hotels in Mobile where their sessions have been held, as well as the person handling my case in the credit card department of my credit union.
All my communication so far with Maribel Silva at Stores Online by phone and email have been to no avail, and like their lawyers, she will not admit to any wrong-doing. She keeps asking me for the reason I want a refund, representing that the company wants me happy with my purchase, but so far has not given me the RGA# for the boxed-up-for-months StoresOnline materials, or the refund of the purchase price plus the accumulated interest, despite several requests that she do so. I've not yet contacted the FTC or SEC,
I am in process of contacting Al. Rep. Davis of the 96th District to see about remedying Alabama's lack of Business Opportunity Disclosure legislation. In the meantime, I would welcome any and all assistance to see these characters nailed to the wall for what they are, and busting big rocks into small ones.
