NOT a phone call.) Send the letter and save a copy. StoresOnline claims that in most states there is not a SINGLE OUTSTANDING REQUEST for a refund. So, write them and ask. If you don’t get satisfaction within 2 weeks (read: if you don’t get your money back), send a copy of your letter to your state Attorney General. This is very likely to get IMergent’s attention, as they hate it when people get law enforcement involved. They’re already fighting lawsuits in 6 states, and in some states, like North Carolina, ANYONE that requests their money back THROUGH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL will get it back. Other states have time restrictions (e.g. California). But you might have to get your state attorney general’s office involved if you want your money back. Bottom line: Write StoresOnline, demand a refund, and contact your AG.
