We also purchased a package for extreme marketing which was overpriced and misleading to say the least. We were lead to believe that there would be 1000.00 spent on our behalf for advertising. Not even close. We were given 25.00 towards yahoo marketing and one email promo. The process was so slow that we ended up doing most of the work ourselves or we would have missed the christmas season. We have asked for our money back for everything...the processor, the extreme marketing and the balance of the other five sites not used(they will not be used because We have no faith)...and you guessed it...we were refused. I want everyone to be aware of the not only poor customer service but the complete lack of support after the cheque is cashed. Brad Chatham, Ontario Canada affiliated companies with storesonline A rep from Internet advance ment called me and said they were affiliated with stores on line and that I was having getting traffic to my website and I said yes. They said my website was not set up right and needed additional work and I said I had contacted stores on line and he said well they do this part - that if your website is not set up right the search engines will not list it. The e-mailed me a list of different packages - The best was $2400 and had to be sent to captures.com webmarketing source in Redmond Wa 98052 - which I did and then they e-mailed when it was time for it to be done and said that I should have lots of traffic and then nothing ever happen - then they started calling me and wanted to charge me a monthly fee and I told them I wanted my money back and then they refuse to talk to me. I e-mailed them and never got a response. I am retired and this website is suppose to supplement mey income and now I have no savings to live on. ripoff bigtime. Connie St. Paris, Ohio U.S.A.
