Ecommerce for High Profitability is Focus of UniteU User Conference

Ecommerce solution provider UniteU Technologies (www.uniteu.com) once again brought customers together in late April for two jam-packed days of education, consultation and collaboration.

Attendees represented a variety of retail segments and different tiers of online retail businesses. Although the size of their operations varied - some were just starting to construct their sites and aren’t live yet, while others have experienced many years of significant success with online stores that outsell their brick and mortar operations - all shared an interest in attaining high profitability for their online channel.

UniteU User Conferences are a little bit unusual in that they focus primarily on helping customers gain tangible and immediate value that they can apply right away. When one participant, from outdoor retailer Masseys.net, returned back to the office after the conference his manager reported that he came home with so many ideas that they had to kick him out of his office on Friday night.

Massey’s is somewhat typical of UniteU’s customers. They have grown steadily since signing up with UniteU in 2004; but the job is never "done”. They are constantly looking for new ways to merchandise and market their products online. The User Conferences provided the much-needed industry updates and rejuvenation that keeps it fresh, exciting and profitable.

Another attendee, Bob Mercer of Bob’s Sea and Ski, also had very positive comments, saying, "Thank you for the informative, content rich seminar. The resources we have with the UniteU Platform and support team are powerful. Presentations, content and interaction with merchants were particularly informative. Our team has left with a renewed focus on training, process control and optimizing all of UniteU's resources.”

Plus, as always, the UniteU team carefully listened to their customers throughout the conference. "We view our User Conferences as a tremendous opportunity for customers to voice their thoughts and for UniteU to listen,” reports UniteU Director of Business Development, Rebecca Ramme.

"Our eagerness to listen to our customers and respond in ongoing upgrades to our Connected Commerce eStore solution sets us apart from our competitors. Our success as an ecommerce provider is directly tied to our customer’s success so we are very motivated to deliver solutions that increase their online profitability.”
