USA ePay, a GorCorp company, is pleased to announce our partnership with Fi-Soft®, a leader in accounting software solutions and integration. The partnership between the two companies combines real-time credit card processing utilizing the USA ePay payment gateway, and Fi-Soft Merchant Edition© Software that integrates third party merchant accounts with QuickBooks® accounting software.

"This is a real-time, integrated, credit card processing solution specifically designed to work with QuickBooks® accounting software. Business owners now have freedom of choice when deciding which merchant account provider to use,” said Scott Taylor, Vice-President of Fi-Soft®. "This solution installs within QuickBooks® in minutes, is simple to use, and does not require additional hardware or software. Once installed, the merchant is able to process credit cards in real-time, and can dramatically reduce their credit card reconciliation problems because the program automatically matches transactions and deposit data within QuickBooks® accounting software. Best of all, this is done automatically without having to manually import or export data to QuickBooks® accounting software.” Taylor continues to explain that other solutions on the market usually require additional software, have limited functionality, and do not have all the reporting capabilities and features of the Fi-Soft® / USA ePay solution.

"Merchant service banks and their merchants have nothing like this on the market to date,” says Ben Goretsky, CEO and head of development at USA ePay. "Merchants never even need to log into the gateway for processing. The solution we are offering lets merchants do everything they need directly in QuickBooks®. The plug-in we provide connects to the USA ePay gateway in the back; making it completely invisible and seamless to the merchant.”

The solution being offered can be used by merchants in the mail-order, telephone-order (MOTO), Internet and retail industries. The software allows a credit card reader to be attached via USB port which sends the magnetic data of a card securely to the USA ePay gateway; therefore guarantying retail rates for merchants. If the merchant is not using a reader [and is doing MOTO or Internet, the credit card information can be keyed in manually. Merchants can use this solution with their existing merchant account or use one of the many merchant account providers/banks supported by the USA ePay gateway.

The software is available now through Fi-Soft® at www.fi-soft.com and through USA ePay’s resellers.

27.07.2006, Ben Goretsky, USA ePay
