Bank of Ann Arbor Extends StrandVision Digital Signs to All Bank Branches: Three-year Contract Provides In-lobby Merchandising for the Bank’s Six Branches

Bank of Ann Arbor (http://www.boaa.com) is extending its StrandVision digital signage network to all of its bank branches. The bank has signed a three-year contract with StrandVision LLC (http://www.strandvision.com) of Eau Claire, Wis., a provider of Internet-based digital signage services. The new network replaces a signage system that had been used by the bank for the last nine years.

"We’ve been using the StrandVision system for most of the last year," explained Jeff J. Stanton, Bank of Ann Arbor vice president and CTO. "We needed to prove it had the capabilities we wanted because the StrandVision system costs only a fraction of what our incumbent service charged. Now we are confident in StrandVision’s capabilities and happy with the service, so at under $10,000 for three years, we are delighted to make a longer commitment. Our marketing department likes it because it is easier and faster to update the content so they can coordinate our in-branch merchandising more effectively."

StrandVision digital signs located in bank customer service areas are an excellent way to cross-sell customers. They can promote loan and CD sales; introduce investment, insurance or health savings account products; promote community projects; run local news and weather - they can even air television ads, videos and other promotional multimedia. Non-technical administrative staff can handle day-to-day content updates as often as needed with instant updates to all branches without local branch staff involvement.
